- Does this guarantee Health Canada approval?

- How long does a scan take?
- Typically 2 to 5 minutes for a full 9-stage analysis with real-time progress updates. The AI preprocessing and evidence gathering steps take the most time. You can watch each stage complete in real time from the dashboard.
- Is my product data secure?
- Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your product formulations and labels are never shared with third parties, never used for AI training, and are deleted upon request.
- What if my product fails the scan?
- That is exactly the point. The scan identifies specific issues before you submit to Health Canada, saving you months of back-and-forth. Your gap report shows exactly what needs to change — incorrect dose ranges, unsupported claims, missing safety information — with specific references to the relevant monograph requirements.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. If you purchased a Submission Package and have not downloaded any documents, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Contact info@baregold.ca with your order details.
